厚圃:我的家乡澄海是个著名的版画之乡,早在20世纪30年代,在鲁迅先生的培养下,澄海人陈普之成为中国第一代版画家,组织过“潮汕大众美术研究社”。到了60年代,澄海版画已经声名鹊起。1996年,澄海被国家文化部命名为“版画艺术之乡”。在上小学时,我对本土版画家的作品已能如数家珍般地念出一长串来,像许川如的《甜遍江南》、《秋醉》,蔡仰颜的《母校》、《谁家新燕啄春泥》,李锦堂的《破土》、《绿岛》……
Thick Garden: My hometown of Chenghai is a famous hometown of printmaking. As early as the 1930s, under the cultivation of Mr. Lu Xun, Cheng Pu, Chenghai, became the first Chinese version of painter and organized “Chaoshan Popular Art Research Institute ”. By the 60s, Chenghai prints have gained fame. In 1996, Chenghai was named as “Hometown of Print Art” by the Ministry of Culture. When I was in elementary school, I was able to read a long list of works by local print artists like Xu Chuanru’s “Sweet Times”, “Autumn Drunk”, Cai Yang Yan’s “Alma Mater”, “Whose New Yan Pecking Chun mud ”, Li Jintang’s“ groundbreaking ”,“ Green Island ”......
