蔬菜污染是指蔬菜在生产或贮藏过程中,由于工业废气、废水、废渣、生活污物和化学农药等有害有毒物质,在蔬菜上的残留,食用后对人体产生急性或慢性危害.蔬菜污染与病虫防治有密切关系.防治病虫所使用的化学农药不仅残留在蔬菜上,甚至还能渗入蔬菜表皮或组织内部,以至在人体内累积引起中毒.
Vegetable pollution refers to the vegetable in the production or storage process, due to industrial waste gas, waste water, waste residue, domestic sewage and chemical pesticides and other harmful substances, residues in vegetables, after eating produce acute or chronic harm to the human body.
