一、前言天水架修库扩建部分钢筋混凝土及钢拉杆组合屋架(以下简称屋架),跨度21.8米(跨三股道),间距4米,屋架二支点简支于砖柱上。屋面为粘土瓦木檩条,混凝土标号为150级,钢筋为3号圓钢。屋架上弦为钢筋混凝土杆,下弦为裸露钢拉杆。新建设计时考虑每一股道上安装一个排烟罩,每个排烟罩集中荷重为1t(实际并未安没)。该屋架于1961年4月基建竣工。这次架修库大修,屋架加固工程为其中的一部分。加固工程并已交付使用将近两年,屋架技术状态良好。这种大跨度组合屋架加固工程,我们还是首次进行。技术要求高,又无现成经验,施工又在不卸荷載情况下进行,工人又必须在高空作业,这些情况构成了该项工程的复杂性。屋架型式见图1。
I.
