The Eighth Sichuan Provincial Congress of the Communist Party of China approved the report made by Comrade Zhou Yongkang on behalf of the Seventh Committee of the Sichuan Province of China. The report holds high the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory, takes Comrade Jiang Zemin’s important thinking of the “Three Represents” as a guide, comprehensively summarizes the past and objectively analyzes the situation, and scientifically plans for the future.
