本文用GDX、上试400系列吸附树脂对水中9种痕量有机农药的富集进行了研究。探讨了树脂的种类和极性、农药结构、洗脱剂的种类、水样的酸度、离子强度及体积对回收率的影响,并与XAD—2、SEP—PAK C_(18)、Silica等吸附剂作对比。结果表明,以GDX—102、502;上试402和SEP—PAK C_(18)为吸附剂,以甲酸、乙腈为淋洗剂,对农药的富集获得满意的结果,富集倍数达200。本文还测定了若干树脂对农药的吸附容量。
In this paper, GDX, on the test 400 series of adsorbent resin on the trace of nine trace organic pesticide enrichment were studied. The effects of the type and polarity of the resin, the structure of the pesticide, the type of eluent, the acidity, the ionic strength and the volume on the recovery of the resin were investigated. The adsorption was also studied with XAD-2, SEP-PAK C 18, Agents for comparison. The results showed that the enrichment of pesticides was achieved with GDX-102,502, upper test 402 and SEP-PAK C 18 as adsorbents and formic acid and acetonitrile as eluent. The enrichment factor reached 200. This paper also measured the adsorption capacity of several resins on pesticides.
