经济全球化已成为当今世界经济发展不可逆转的趋势,不仅对世界各国经济而且对几乎所有的领域都产生着深远的影响。人力资源是经济全球化的依托,是有效利用其他资源的关键。正确认识经济全球化的发展趋势和影响,并在此基础上采取相应的对策,尤其是在人力资源方面采取相应对策,建立应对经济全球化的人力资源开发机制,运用与国际接轨的思想理念开发与国际接轨的人力资源,对于抓住经济全球化带来的历史机遇,促进中国经济又好又快发展具有十分重要的意义。本文将论述人力资源开发和经济全球化的关系。
