近年来,中美贸易摩擦频发,其中,美国以保护本国知识产权为由频频对中国输美产品发起的337调查已严重影响了中国的出口,成为中美知识产权交锋的主要战场。本文通过首先介绍了美国《关税法》337条款的内容,然后分析了目前中国企业因为“337条款”所面临的困境,最后提出了中国政府和企业在面对“337条款”时应采取的措施。
