目的:采用中心复合设计法优化桑叶总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间为自变量,桑叶总黄酮的提取率为因变量,进行数学模型拟合及预测分析。结果:桑叶最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度70.97%,乙醇用量13.21倍,提取时间90.00min,提取2次,总黄酮提取率为2.3739%。结论:中心复合设计法优化桑叶总黄酮提取工艺,方法简便,预测较高。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from mulberry leaves by central composite design. Methods: The ethanol concentration, the amount of ethanol, the extraction time as the independent variables, the extraction rate of mulberry leaf flavonoids as a dependent variable, the mathematical model fitting and predictive analysis. Results: The optimum extraction conditions for mulberry leaf were ethanol concentration 70.97%, ethanol 13.21 times, extraction time 90.00min, extraction twice, extraction rate of total flavonoids was 2.3739%. Conclusion: The central composite design method to optimize the extraction process of mulberry leaf flavonoids, the method is simple and high prediction.
