9月的“塞上江南”——银川,鲜花簇拥,争奇斗艳,华夏56个民族的9700多名兄弟姐妹相聚这里,共同欢度新世纪中国第一次民族体育盛会——第七届全国少数民族传统体育运动会。由来自兰州军区11个民族的官兵组成的解放军代表团,在花炮、珍珠球、民族式摔跤和押加4个竞技项目以及一个综合类表演项目的比赛中,获得1金4银和表演项目综合类一等奖的好成绩,同时获得体育道德风尚奖。解放军总政治部发来贺电,对取得的优异成绩表示祝贺。
In September, more than 9,700 siblings of 56 ethnic groups in China gathered here to celebrate the first national sports event in China in the new century - the 7th National Minority National Traditional Sports Games. A PLA delegation composed of officers and soldiers from 11 ethnic groups in the PLA’s Lanzhou Military Region won a gold medal and performing arts project in four competitions, including fireworks, pearl ball, national wrestling and escort, as well as a comprehensive performance project Class first prize of good grades, at the same time won the sports ethics Award.
