Carbon disulfide (CS_2) is an industrial poison that damages the nervous system, liver and gastrointestinal organs. This article reports the mechanism of liver and intestinal dysfunction when CS_2 steam enters the body several times. In the experiment, 203 ± 10 g male rats were divided into 3 groups with 16 rats in each group. Group 1 served as control. Groups 2 and 3 inhaled CS 2 at concentrations of 50 and 200 mg / m 3, respectively, for 4 hours a day for 3 consecutive months. Inhaled CS 2 concentrations in rats were 0.0025 and 0.01 for the lowest lethal dose. At the end of the experiment, the rats were decapitated to measure the enzyme activity in liver and intestine. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the weight and behavior of the rats in the experimental group and the control group. Under the action of CS_2 at concentrations of 50 and 200 mg / m ~ 3, hepatic mitochondria
