近年来对葡萄糖注射液的稳定性问题进行了研究,发现葡萄糖注射液经高温处理时溶液变黄色,这是由于葡萄糖的分解产物5—羟甲基糠醛(5—HMF)所致。多种糖类分解后均能产生5—HMF。
