Although the U.S. economy dropped back in April 2007, the big companies were still profitable. As a result, the major indexes of the U.S. stock market hit a new high in April, showing a performance that deviated from the overall economy. In the short term, corporate earnings and mergers and acquisitions rumors have also become the main driving force behind the rise of the U.S. stock market. In addition, from the experience point of view, the third term of the U.S. president is often the “golden year” for the stock market. In April, Hong Kong stocks also climbed strongly. By the end of March, the indices closed significantly higher than the end of March, but the gains were still slightly lower than those in China and the United States. In April, the A-shares market continued to strengthen as a whole. The Shanghai Composite Index and the Shenzhen Composite Index continued to hit record highs in April, up more than 20% in April. Compared with the market rally rainbow, in April Baosteel, Sinopec, ICBC and other blue chip performance slightly flat, both the stock prices have dropped slightly.
