在应试教育向素质教育转变的今天,体育工作不可避免地成为学校教育工作的重要组成部分,我国教育部门对于院校的体育管理工作十分重视。提高我国高职院校的体育管理水平,对新时期党的教育方针的全面贯彻和执行具有直接影响。因此,加强学校体育管理工作,是我国从应试教育走向素质教育的需要,是全面贯彻党的教育方针的需要,更是培养二十一世纪复合型人才的需要。本文从新时期我国学校体育管理的概念、范围和原则出发,对新时期我国各高职院校的体育管理工作进行简单的探究。
In the transition from examination-oriented education to quality-oriented education, sports work inevitably becomes an important part of school education. The education department of our country attaches great importance to the management of sports in colleges and universities. Improving the level of sports management in higher vocational colleges in our country has a direct impact on the full implementation and enforcement of the party’s education policy in the new period. Therefore, strengthening the management of school sports is the need of our country from exam-oriented education to quality-oriented education, the need of implementing the party’s education policy in an all-round way and the need of cultivating the compound talents in the 21st century. Based on the concept, scope and principle of school sports management in our country in the new era, this article makes a brief exploration of sports management in all kinds of higher vocational colleges in our country in the new period.
