专业建设是高等职业院校提升整体办学水平、实现内涵发展的重要举措。品牌专业建设是整合资源、突出重点,形成核心竞争力的途径,带动全校专业建设的整体优化和健康发展。杭州万向职业技术学院从7个维度33项指标,利用委员会制度评价考量品牌专业建设成效,并将评价结论应用于人员考核、资源分配。
Professional construction is an important measure for higher vocational colleges to upgrade the overall level of running a school and achieve the connotation development. Professional brand building is the way to integrate resources, highlight key points and form core competitiveness, and promote the overall optimization and healthy development of professional construction in the whole university. Hangzhou Wanxiang Vocational and Technical College takes 33 indexes from 7 dimensions and makes use of the evaluation of the commission system to consider the effectiveness of brand specialty construction and applies the evaluation conclusion to personnel assessment and resource allocation.
