我国的反腐败斗争已经取得一定成效,但现状依然堪忧。究其根本原因,在于制度保障无力,机制运行失灵。本文仅就反腐败斗争中制度建设的客观基础、基本支点、根本保障三方面加以论述。
Our country’s anti-corruption struggle has achieved some success, but the status quo is still worrying. The fundamental reason is that the system is weak and the mechanism fails. This article only discusses the objective foundation, the basic fulcrum and the fundamental guarantee of institution building in the anti-corruption struggle.
