本文通过对某医院七个病房的设置、床上用品、医疗和护理用具，共９５件物体表面采样检出菌种有革兰氏阳性球菌、绿脓杆菌、变形杆菌、枯草杆菌及大肠菌群。细菌总数＞８个／ｃｍ￣２的有６６件，占６９．４７％；≤８个／ｃｍ￣２的有２８件，占２９．４７％；阴性１件，占１．０６％。并对２０名医护人员的手及消化、呼吸两病房的空气采取自身对照，了解污染现状及消毒处理的效果。为院内交叉感染质控监测提供信息。
