本文通过对某医院七个病房的设置、床上用品、医疗和护理用具,共95件物体表面采样检出菌种有革兰氏阳性球菌、绿脓杆菌、变形杆菌、枯草杆菌及大肠菌群。细菌总数>8个/cm ̄2的有66件,占69.47%;≤8个/cm ̄2的有28件,占29.47%;阴性1件,占1.06%。并对20名医护人员的手及消化、呼吸两病房的空气采取自身对照,了解污染现状及消毒处理的效果。为院内交叉感染质控监测提供信息。
