毒品犯罪,全世界范围类都必须严厉打击,并制定了相应规范遏制毒品犯罪发展蔓延的势头。严厉打击毒品犯罪是中国刑事审判工作的重要任务。刑事辩护律师应该清醒的认识到这一点。不认清这个现实。对于个案的处理过于纠结程序违法,对重要事实不穷追猛打,辩护就会出现问题,达不到维护被追诉人合法权益的目的。
Drug crimes must be cracked down all over the world and corresponding norms have been put in place to curb the spread of drug crimes. Cracking down on drug crimes is an important task for criminal trial in China. Criminal defense lawyers should clearly recognize this. Do not recognize this reality. The handling of cases is too tangled to violate the law, and the important facts are not pursued hard. There are problems in the defense and the goal of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the accused is not reached.
