对于远端小动脉,本文证明透光强度变化与血液容积变化之间为线性关系,并提供一种光电容积图的描记方法。一、光电动脉容积图考查一段长度为 L 的肢体(或耳垂),如图(一)所示,设其总厚度为 l,其中动脉的直径为 X,其余组织的总厚度为 X′(1=X+X′)。令强度为 I。的光线垂直投射到肢体上,光线通过肢体时,一部份光线被肢体吸收,另一部份光线透过肢体从另一侧射出,透射光的强度I。根据朗伯定律可知:I=I。e~(-μ_1x′-μ_2x)
