Criterion Catalysts, a unit of Royal Dutch / Shell, intends to relinquish its catalyst regeneration services in Lafayette and Singapore, as well as its stake in CRI-LAR, an alumina joint venture with UOP. The goal of this reorganization is to launch a service business that will focus on high-performance catalysts but will continue its catalyst regeneration in Canada and Europe
