电力资源作为当前社会经济发展的主要能源,在人们的生产和生活过程中有着广泛的运用。电力营销,是保证电力企业的利益和提高电力用户满意度的重要工作,在实际的工作中,电费抄收由于受到各种技术和人为因素的影响,一直以来是电力营销的难点。本文结合实际的工作经验,对电力营销中的电费抄收工作现状进行了分析,重点分析了电费抄收的创新途径,以期促进电力营销相关工作的发展。
As the main source of energy in the current social and economic development, power resources are widely used in the process of people’s production and life. Electricity marketing is an important work to ensure the interests of electric power enterprises and improve the satisfaction of electric power users. In practical work, electric power bill collection has always been a difficulty in electric power marketing due to various technical and human factors. Based on the actual working experiences, this paper analyzes the status quo of electricity bill collection in power marketing, and analyzes the innovative ways of collecting electricity bills in order to promote the development of electricity marketing related work.
