连续性血液净化是近20年逐渐发展起来的一项新技术。它超越了传统意义上的肾脏替代治疗,已应用于多种临床危重症的治疗。ARDS作为临床上常见的危重症之一,其治疗仍以对症和支持为主。近几年虽然发展了一些新的辅助治疗措施,但其病死率仍居高不下。最近的研究表明,应用连续性血液净化技术,可改善ARDS治疗的窘况。
Continuous blood purification is a new technology developed gradually over the past 20 years. It surpasses the traditional kidney replacement therapy, has been used in a variety of clinical critically ill treatment. ARDS as one of the most common critically ill patients, the treatment is still symptomatic and supportive. Although some new adjuvant treatment measures have been developed in recent years, the case fatality rate remains high. Recent research shows that the use of continuous blood purification technology can improve the treatment of ARDS.
