1.原因分析1台ST70/30-12T型塔式起重机使用中出现卷扬机起升无动作,而下降正常现象。该塔式起重机卷扬控制系统如附图所示,其主要由起升控制开关SW1、下降控制开关SW2、起升限位器SW3、下降限位器SW4、起吊质量限制器SW5、可编程控制器(PLC)、变频器、制动器打开确认开关SW9和一系列信号反馈开关等组成,可编程控制器的输入点和输出点有指示灯,当有信号输入和输出时信号灯点亮,以为判断故障提供方便。
