龙胆泻肝汤由龙胆草,生地,车前子,栀子,黄芩,柴胡,泽泻,当归,通草(木通),甘草组成。具有泻肝胆实火,清下焦湿热之功效。主治肝胆实火上扰,头痛目赤,胁痛口苦,耳聋耳肿,湿热下注,阴肿阴痒,筋痿阴汗,小便淋浊,妇女湿热带下等证,笔者在临床上应用此方治疗三叉神经痛,带状疱疹,阴痒等效果较好,现介绍如下。
