Histamine is a class of substances that are widely present in the body and have a variety of physiological activities. As early as the beginning of this century, many scholars have observed an increase in the incidence of allergic arrhythmias, thus suggesting that histamine has an arrhythmic effect. In recent years, pharmacological workers using cell electrophysiology, radionuclides, immunology and other techniques, through experimental methods, histamine and arrhythmia relationship made many studies.
