目的分析桂枝挥发油的化学成分。方法用水蒸气蒸馏法从桂枝中提取挥发油成分,采用GC-MS法分离检测,结合直观推导式演进特征投影法(HELP)对重叠色谱峰进行分辨解析,同时利用程序升温保留指数辅助定性。结果共分辨出73个色谱峰,鉴定出其中66个组分,占桂枝挥发油总量的94.43%,其主要化学成分为(E)-桂皮醛、cis-细辛醚、m-甲氧基桂皮醛、γ-杜松烯、匙叶桉油烯醇、α-香松烷等,与相关文献比较,共有20余个化合物为首次从桂枝挥发油中检出。结论结合使用HELP解析重叠色谱峰,比单独使用GC-MS法能更真实、全面地反映桂枝中的挥发油化学成分。
Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of the essential oil of Gui Zhi. Methods Volatile oil constituents were extracted from Cassia twig by steam distillation. The analytes were separated by GC-MS and analyzed by intuitive deductive evolutionary projection (HELP) method. At the same time, the retention of temperature was used to assist qualitative analysis. Results A total of 73 chromatographic peaks were identified and 66 of them were identified, accounting for 94.43% of the total volatile oil of Gui Zhi. The main chemical components were (E) -cinnamic aldehyde, cis-asarone, m-methoxy Cinnamic aldehyde, γ-cadinene, eucalyptol, salicylidene, etc. Compared with the related literatures, more than 20 compounds were detected for the first time from the volatile oil of Cassia twig. Conclusion The combination of HELP analysis of overlapping chromatographic peaks can reflect the chemical constituents of volatile oil in Guizhi more realistically than GC-MS alone.
