如何科学认识和把握城市交通发展状况至关重要,本文从城市交通综合发展状况和交通供需发展状况两个方面进行研究探讨,首先,考虑了城市交通基础设施、机动化、公共交通、交通秩序和交通事故等指标,构建了城市交通综合发展指数模型,用以从城市交通供需情况、交通秩序程度和交通安全状况等方面定量化衡量城市交通发展水平。其次,选取了城市常住人口、城市汽车保有量作为城市交通需求指标,城市建成区面积、道路里程、公共汽电车数量和轨道交通里程作为城市交通供给指标,构建了城市交通供需发展指数模型,用以从城市交通供需平衡角度定量衡量城市交通供需发展关系。最后,选取我国36个大城市为研究对象,对城市交通综合发展指数和交通供需发展指数进行了测算分析。
How to scientifically understand and grasp the development status of urban transportation is of crucial importance. This paper studies the comprehensive development of urban transport and the development of transport supply and demand. Firstly, considering the urban traffic infrastructure, motorization, public transport, traffic order and Traffic accidents and other indicators to build a comprehensive model of urban transport development index to quantify the level of urban transport development from aspects of urban transport supply and demand, traffic order and traffic safety. Secondly, urban resident population and urban car ownership are selected as urban traffic demand indicators, urban built-up area, road mileage, the number of public buses and rail transit mileage as urban transport supply indicators, and a model of urban transport supply and demand development index is constructed. In order to measure the relationship between the supply and demand of urban transportation quantitatively from the perspective of the equilibrium of supply and demand of urban transportation. Finally, we choose 36 big cities in our country as the research object, and measure and analyze the index of urban transport comprehensive development and the index of transport supply and demand development.
