为读者提供人性化服务是服务业发展国际大趋势,也是建设和谐社会的需要,同时是我国图书馆发展中与时俱进的必然要求,人性化服务体现了我国图书馆业服务理念认识的提高和升华,是未来图书馆工作的发展方向。因此在我国图书馆服务中要将人性化服务理念贯穿于图书馆所有工作中,将人性化作为打造现代图书馆的保障。本文就面向读者的图书馆人性化服务提出了自己的看法。
Humanistic service for readers is the international trend of development of service industry and the need of building a harmonious society. At the same time, it is an inevitable requirement of keeping pace with the times in the development of our country’s library. Humanized service embodies the improvement of understanding of service concept in our country’s library industry And sublimation, is the future direction of the development of the library. Therefore, in our library services, the concept of humanized service should be run through all the work of the library, and humaneness should be taken as the guarantee of building a modern library. This article puts forward my own views on humanistic service for readers.
