燃油计量工作是加强能源科学管理的一个重要环节。计量仪表的质量是保证燃油计量工工作顺利开展的关键。我厂锻造加热炉燃油计量装置采用了合肥仪表厂生产的 LC 型椭圆齿轮流量计。这种流量计具有结构紧凑、安装容易、读数直观、便于管理等优点。但是,这种产品在许多单位使用中也出现了一些问题。经解剖分析,找出原因、采取措施、加以改进,进一步提高了这种流量计的性能和寿命。
Fuel metering is an important part of strengthening scientific management of energy. The quality of measuring instruments is the key to ensure smooth work of fuel gauges. I plant forging furnace fuel metering device used in the production of Hefei Instrument Factory LC-type oval gear flow meter. This flowmeter has the advantages of compact structure, easy installation, intuitive readings, easy to manage. However, there are some problems with the use of this product in many units. Anatomical analysis to find out the reasons for taking measures to be improved to further improve the performance and life of this flowmeter.
