嗓音器官的健康,直接关系着那些职业用声音——演员、教师等的工作效能和他们的职业生命。因此,如何搞好嗓音保健,有效地预防嗓音疾病的发生,显得至关重要。言语嗓音疾病的主要致病原因是:1、用声过度;2、发声方法不当;3、生活失节。对此应采取以下相应的预防措施: 一、合理使用嗓音:人体任何器官的机能活动能力都有它一定的生理限度。无视这个规律,经常超限使用,就会引起病理过程。对发声器官来说也是如此。为此要求:1、嗓音工作者的职业用声时间必须有严格的限制,演员每天不宜超过两小时;教师授课每天应在两学时以内,最多不能超过三学时。2、一般人也应该认识到,不仅是“病从口入”,而且也能“病从口出”,要克制个性,节制用声,少讲多余的话,言语务求简练,切忌喋喋不休和狂呼滥喊。
