本文采用紫外线灯,以不同时间和距离照射结核菌及普通菌,并同时用甲醛熏蒸法及乳酸、石碳酸喷雾法对比,考核四种空气消毒法灭菌效果。结果表明,灭菌效果最佳者是甲醛法,30分钟内可将实验细菌杀灭。紫外线法杀灭普通菌效果良好;而对结核菌距1~2m需3~4小时才有效,距2m以上4小时都无杀灭结核菌效果。故推荐结核病细菌实验室及被结核病人污染的房间物品等的灭菌,最好采用甲醛蒸气法。
In this paper, ultraviolet light was used to irradiate Mycobacterium tuberculosis and common bacteria at different times and distances. At the same time, formaldehyde sterilization and lactic acid and carbolic acid spray were used to evaluate the sterilization effects of four air disinfection methods. The results show that the best sterilization effect is formaldehyde method, the experimental bacteria can be killed within 30 minutes. Ultraviolet method to kill common bacteria effect is good; while the tuberculosis from 1 ~ 2m need 3 ~ 4 hours to be effective, more than 2m 4 hours without killing Mycobacterium tuberculosis effect. Therefore, it is recommended to sterilize the tuberculosis bacteria laboratory and the room items contaminated by tuberculosis patients, and it is better to use formaldehyde vapor method.
