1940年,时任中原局书记的刘少奇来到盐城,谋划“新四军要深入日伪敌后,向东,向东,再向东”的战略布局,同年,中共盐城县委派民运队进驻地处盐城东北角的南洋镇,秘密吸收了一批共产党员,为新四军大举东进点燃了革命火种。值抗战胜利70周年之际,7月至8月间,笔者三赴盐阜老区南洋镇,探访中国电信盐城分公司亭湖区局南洋支局“双百兆”(手机上网、有线上网双百兆)信息工程,亲历了全区首个“双百兆”示范村在新港村的诞生。
In 1940, Liu Shao-chih, then secretary of the Central Plains Bureau, came to Yancheng to plan the strategic layout of “the New Fourth Army going deep into Japan, the enemy and the enemy, eastward, eastward, and then eastward.” In the same year, Nanyang Town in the northeastern corner of Yancheng secretly recruited a number of communists and ignited the revolutionary fire for the New Fourth Army’s massive eastward expansion.
