对台中 6 5 (粳稻 ) /Bhadua(籼稻 )杂交F2 代群体构建了RFLP连锁图谱 ,含 94个分布较为均匀的标记。对F2 小穗不育性状进行单点分析和区间分析的结果基本一致 :有两个F2 小穗不育QTL座位分别位于染色体 1的XNpb113~XNpb346之间和染色体 8的G187~XNpb397之间 ,而且该两个QTL均为新检测出的座位 ;检测出 5个抽穗期QTL ,其中 3个座位在单点分析和区间分析中的结果一致 ,分别位于染色体 1的XNpb113~XNpb346 ,染色体 4的C891~C335 ,染色体 8的C16 6~C112 1,另外 ,染色体 6的XNpb2 7为单点分析结果 ,染色体 10的R716~C4 0 5为区间分析结果。由于染色体 1上的F2 不育QTL和抽穗期QTL重叠 ,该QTL座位是由于遗传效应所至还是由于环境因素 (迟抽穗 )所至有待构建近等基因系进一步研究。位于染色体 1和 10上的抽穗期QTL座位为新检测的座位。对新检测的F2 不育和抽穗期QTL座位正在建立相应的近等基因系以精确定位和克隆上述基因
An RFLP linkage map was constructed for the F2 population of 65 (japonica) / Bhadua (indica) hybrids in Taichung, including 94 markers with more uniform distribution. The results of single point analysis and interval analysis showed that there were two QTLs for F2 spikelet sterility located between XNpb113 ~ XNpb346 on chromosome 1 and G187 ~ XNpb397 on chromosome 8, respectively The two QTLs were newly detected loci. Five QTLs for heading date were detected, of which three loci were the same in single point analysis and interval analysis. They were located in XNpb113 ~ XNpb346 on chromosome 1, C891 ~ C335, chromosome 8 C16 6 ~ C112 1, in addition, chromosome 6 XNpb2 7 single point analysis results, chromosome 10 R716 ~ C4 0 5 interval analysis. Due to the overlap of the F2 sterile QTL on chromosome 1 and the QTL at heading, the QTL locus was further studied due to genetic effects or due to environmental factors (late heading) to be constructed near-isogenic lines. The QTLs at heading stage on chromosomes 1 and 10 were newly detected loci. The newly detected QTL loci for F2 sterility and heading are being mapped to the near-isogenic line for precise mapping and cloning of these genes
