自治区人民代表大会常务委员会:自治区十届人大常委会第二十九次会议审议了《宁夏回族自治区村民委员会选举办法(修订草案)》。常委会组成人员认为,《中华人民共和国村民委员会组织法》修改后,结合自治区实际,修订我区的村民委员会选举办法是必要的。同时提出了一些审议修改意见。会后,法制委、法工委会同内司委、自治区民政厅到区内外进行了调研,研究提出了初步修改意见。5月10日,法制委员会召开第五十二次会议,请法工委、内司工委、自治区政府法制办和民政厅的负责同志列席,认真研究了常委会组成人员的审议意见和有关方面的意见,对办法修订草案提出如下修改建议:
Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of Autonomous Region: The Twenty-ninth Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People’s Congress examined the Measures for the Election of Villagers Committees in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region (Draft Amendment). The members of the Standing Committee hold the view that it is necessary to amend the method of selecting villagers ’committees in our district after the revision of the Organic Law of the Villagers’ Committee of the People’s Republic of China in combination with the actual conditions of the autonomous region. At the same time put forward some comments on the revision. After the meeting, the Legislative Affairs Commission, the Law Commission and the Internal Security Bureau and the Civil Affairs Department of the autonomous region went to the inside and outside of the district to conduct research and put forward preliminary opinions on the revision. On May 10, the Legal Commission held the 52nd meeting and invited legal comrades from the Work Committee, Inner Secretary of Work Committee, Legal Affairs Office of the autonomous region government and responsible comrades from the Civil Affairs Department to attend the meeting and conscientiously studied the deliberations of the members of the Standing Committee and relevant parties Opinions on the proposed amendments to the draft proposed the following changes:
