社会在不断的进步当中,供电企业为了适应市场发展的潮流,供电企业不断进行升级与创新的步伐也越来越快。在新的时代浪潮中,供电企业工会的工作也将面临性的挑战,在这个关键的转型时期,供电企业的工会维权工作需要根据形势的不断发展,不断的拓展新的领域。当前的经济体制的改革下,我们必须清楚地认知供电企业工会工作的重要性,提高工作人员的责任感,要以发展的眼光、态度和创造性的精神促进企业向好的方向发展。
