项目治理是项目管理的重要组成部分,项目治理风险涉及利益相关者之间利益关系,具有不确定性和复杂性,且难以量化和评价。结合文献研究和企业实践,构建了项目治理风险评价指标体系;综合主成分分析与BP神经网络方法的优点,建立评价模型;并进行实证分析,提出了提升项目治理风险管理水平的具体对策。结果表明,主成分分析可以保留原始指标变量的大部分信息,而BP神经网络能有效提高评价精度,通过比较分析,此方法在实践中具有可行性与有效性。
Project governance is an important part of project management. Project governance risks involve the interests of stakeholders, which have uncertainties and complexities and are difficult to quantify and evaluate. Combined with the literature research and enterprise practice, the index system of project governance risk assessment is constructed. Based on the advantages of principal component analysis and BP neural network, the evaluation model is established. And the empirical analysis is given and the specific countermeasures to improve project management risk management are proposed. The results show that the principal component analysis can retain most of the information of the original index variables, and BP neural network can effectively improve the evaluation accuracy. Through comparative analysis, this method is feasible and effective in practice.
