利用所研发的叶片多学科设计优化平台,完成了某小展弦比透平叶栅非轴对称端壁与叶片联合成型优化设计.利用亚音速风洞,对优化及参考叶栅进行吹风实验,结果表明数值计算与实验吻合较好.数值和实验结果均表明,最优设计相对参考设计气动性能明显提高,从而验证了所研发的非轴对称端壁与叶片联合成型设计优化方法的正确性和有效性.“,”Integrated aerodynamic optimization for both blade and non-axisysmmetric endwalls of a low aspect ratio turbine vane is carried out,by using a blade multidisciplinary design optimization platform with an in-house code.The performance of reference and optimal cascades are tested by blowing experiment on a subsonic wind tunnel.The numerical results and experimental data for both reference and optimal designs are in well agreement.Both numerical and experimental results indicate that aerodynamic performance of the optimal design is significantly better than that of the reference design.Thus the correctness and effectiveness of proposed design optimization method for both blade and non-axisymmetric endwall is demonstrated.
