本文通过测定处理前后的土壤微生物的主要种群的数量变化,探讨氯化苦熏蒸处理保护地土壤的杀菌效果。氯化苦熏蒸土壤可杀灭土壤微生物,对细菌、放线菌、真菌的杀灭率均在85%以上,有效地减少土传病害的病原菌数量,从而降低土传病害的侵染率;最经济有效的氯化苦(90%油剂)的熏蒸剂量为20mgkg-1,相当于每亩剂量为25-35kg;熏蒸的时间为5d以上;土壤温度和含水量能够对熏蒸效果产生很大影响;在20℃以上熏蒸均有较好效果,温度越高效果越好;含水量以55%时效果最佳。
