屋面防水层空鼓、渗漏是常见的建筑质量通病,其中屋面保温层或找坡层中含水率高是造成空鼓、渗漏的主要原因。本文就如何更好地利用排汽管排出屋面层内的水份与屋面规范进行探讨。调整后的方法已用于工程,效果较好。
Hollowing and leakage of roofing waterproof layer are common defects in construction quality. The high moisture content in roof insulation layer or slope layer is the main reason for hollowing and leakage. This article discusses how to better use the exhaust pipe to discharge the moisture in the roofing layer and the roof specification. The adjusted method has been applied to the project and its effect is better.
