目的:探讨影响子宫肌瘤手术病人住院费用的主要因素,为有效控制医疗费用增长,减轻病人经济负担提供参考。方法:收集了2011年1月至2012年12月所有在我院出院的主要诊断是子宫肌瘤的手术患者1 837例,应用通径分析研究其住院费用的影响因素。结果:手术方式、全子宫切除与否、年份、并发症、医疗分组和院感等因素可以直接影响住院费用,也可以通过住院日和药费间接影响住院费用。结论:要降低病人费用,需要医生选择合适的治疗方案,合理用药,积极治疗和护理,防止感染等有害因素发生,需要管理部门加强监督协调,优化治疗检查流程。
Objective: To explore the main factors influencing the hospitalization costs of patients with uterine fibroid surgery and provide reference for effectively controlling the increase of medical expenses and alleviating the patients’ financial burden. METHODS: Totally 1 837 surgical patients who were discharged from our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 and whose main diagnosis was uterine fibroids were collected. Pathological analysis was used to study the influencing factors of hospitalization costs. Results: The operation method, total hysterectomy or not, year, complications, medical grouping and nosocomial sensation can directly affect the hospitalization expenses, and also indirectly affect the hospitalization expenses through the hospitalization days and the drug charges. Conclusion: To reduce the cost of patients, doctors need to select the appropriate treatment options, rational use of medication, active treatment and care, to prevent infection and other harmful factors, the need for management to strengthen coordination and supervision, and optimize the treatment process.
