以机箱前面板为例,通过Taguchi试验并结合CAE分析,研究了模具温度、熔体温度、保压压力和保压时间等工艺参数对制品翘曲变形的影响规律,并获得了最优工艺参数组合,使翘曲变形量减小至原始量的68.1%。运用变量分析确定了工艺参数对翘曲变形的影响程度,为工艺参数的选择提供了指导。
Taking the front panel of the chassis as an example, the influences of process parameters such as mold temperature, melt temperature, dwell pressure and dwell time on the warpage of the product were studied by Taguchi test combined with CAE analysis. The optimum process parameters Combination, so that the warpage deformation reduced to 68.1% of the original. The influence of process parameters on warpage was determined by using variable analysis, which provided guidance for the selection of process parameters.
