对于参加2017年印尼公开赛的各国运动员来说,比赛场馆的变更对他们来说首先是一个好消息。并不否认上一任“东道主”塞纳扬体育馆在印尼乃至世界羽坛的地位,但过于悠久的历史让塞纳扬体育馆的硬件设施现在看来已稍显陈旧。每一个运动员都不会忘记,那如同室外体育场一般的石阶坐席,闷热潮湿的场馆环境,还有原本就震耳欲聋、加上场馆偏小的各种回声而显得愈发聒噪的印尼球迷的加油声。对于每一个非印尼运动员来说,塞纳扬体育馆都不是一个适合打比赛的地方。
