成品油销售是整个石油行业链条中最后一环也是最重要的一环,是实现整个行业价值链条的关键所在。近年来,受国际原油市场供需变化、国内成品油消费增长趋缓等因素影响,对成品油零售业务而言,国内大型石油企业与国外石油零售商和民营企业共同竞争的格局正在发生深刻变化。一些地炼企业凭借油源优势,大规模涉足零售领域,以及道达尔等外资成品油零售商,相继通过新建、合资、并购等方式进入国内成品油终端市场。
