目的:分析并研究造影增强超声在射频治疗肝肿瘤当中的应用效果。方法:选择我院在2013年10月到2016年1月收治的39例肝肿瘤患者作为本研究的研究对象,对有患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,研究患者的治疗方案和实施前通过造影增强超声对患者病灶进行检测的情况,研究造有增强超声在射频治疗肝肿瘤患者当中的应用价值。结果:本研究所有患者均进行射频治疗,治疗前共发现52个病灶,所有病灶的具体情况都有详细的图像资料和记录,通过造影检查后,基本无变化的33个,病灶增大的19个,所有病灶无一减小。结论:临床上对于肝肿瘤患者进行治疗,采用射频治疗方法进行治疗,为患者进行造影增强,能够提升其准确率,可以达到确切的诊断效果,能够有力地对消融治疗提供支持。
Objective: To analyze and study the application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the treatment of hepatic tumors by radiofrequency. Methods: Thirty-nine patients with liver cancer admitted to our hospital from October 2013 to January 2016 were selected as the study subjects. The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed. The patients’ Enhanced ultrasound on the detection of patients with lesions, the study made with enhanced ultrasound in the treatment of liver tumors in patients with radio frequency applications. Results: All the patients in this study were treated with radiofrequency ablation. A total of 52 lesions were found before treatment. All the lesions had detailed image information and records in detail. After the radiography, there were almost no changes in 33 and 19 A, all lesions reduced. Conclusion: The clinical treatment of patients with liver cancer, treatment with radiofrequency treatment for patients with contrast enhancement, can improve its accuracy, can achieve the exact diagnosis, can effectively support the ablation treatment.
