利用不同功率微波对落叶松(Larix olgensis)木材试件进行不同时间辐照处理,然后与未处理试件一同进行扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察、水浸注和力学试验。通过对微波处理材与未处理材的渗透性、显微构造及力学性能进行对比分析,研究评价微波辐照对落叶松木材的改性效果。结果表明,适当工艺条件的微波辐照处理,可以在力学性能无显著降低的前提下,使落叶松木材径向的薄壁细胞和部分纹孔膜破坏,产生微细裂纹,疏通水汽传送的途径,从而改善了落叶松木材的渗透性。图5 表1 参6。
Larch (Larix olgensis) was irradiated by different power microwaves for different time, then observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) together with untreated specimen, water immersion test and mechanical test. By comparing the permeability, microstructure and mechanical properties of microwave treated and untreated materials, the effect of microwave irradiation on the modification of larch wood was studied. The results showed that under proper microwave irradiation conditions, the radial parenchyma cells and part of psyllium larch could be destroyed under the premise of no significant decrease in mechanical properties, resulting in fine cracks and water vapor transmission.
