冷害是影响上海秋番茄贮藏的主要原因。采用空气加温电热线控温加温,控制温度下限(10℃),保持室温在10—14℃,可完全避免冷害。应用厚度为0.04mm并以大号缝衣针(7/0号针)打有一定数目小孔的聚乙烯薄膜密封。使帐内的CO_2浓度控制在3—6%,即能有效地延缓绿熟番茄的后熟,并延长其贮藏期.CO_2浓度过高会产生生理伤害.3.7—7.3%的CO_2浓度会加重冷害和腐烂。对冷害和CO_2伤害的症状作了阐述。根据上述结果,提出了秋番茄产地简易自发气调贮藏技术,经多点生产性试验表明,贮藏45天以上,好果率达80%,商品率近90%,果实品质良好。
