21世纪发展的今天,国家经济发展越来越重视高职教育的质量,也推动了高职院校的规模化发展。而高职教育的发展不仅仅是社会经济发展的需求,同时也是高等教育的首要需求。高职教学质量的提高,需要做好高职教育的深入研究,创新人才培养模式,促进双师型队伍的规模化建设和发展,丰富学生短期培训课程,健全教师职业资格认证制度。
