礼法融合是中国传统法律文化研究的重要问题之一。礼法融合不仅在中国传统法律文化发展进程中处于核心地位,而且在其近代转型过程中亦充当了主要的角色,直至今日,仍然是建构法治秩序以及构建和谐社会所不能回避的问题。
The integration of etiquette and law is one of the important issues in the study of Chinese traditional legal culture. The integration of etiquette and law not only plays a central role in the development of traditional legal culture in China, but also plays a major role in the process of its transformation. Up to now, it still can not avoid the construction of the order of the rule of law and the construction of a harmonious society.
