经过前面几次的训练,乐乐明显感觉自己在双打方面有了很多新鲜的体会,进步非常大,也就总想早日全面掌握双打的技战术。这不,新一天的训练又开始了,今天学什么呢?带着对这种未知结果的兴趣,乐乐情绪高昂地来到球馆。和往常一样,大家一起先做基本步法、拉高球、平抽快挡等练习,进行热身。然后,老师宣布了今天训练课的内容:先进行双打的教学比赛,检验一下大家这几次的训练效果。乐乐想:好啊,是该显显身手了。
