面临竞争日益激烈的市场环境,钢铁企业的生产管理日益受到重视,以较低的库存组织生产,加快物料流周转速度,是提升钢铁企业核心竞争力的重要手段。为加速客户需求的产品或半成品的流转,降低制造成本和减少存货资金,从而达到提高企业生产效益的目的,宝钢将准时制思想引入到宝钢焊管产线的生产管理中。准时制生产是指按客户或下道工序对交货期的要求,将客户需求的产品或半成品在规定的时间内交付给客户或生产给下道工序。本文在分析准时制生产实施的条件和宝钢焊管生产的特点后,就准时制生产在宝钢焊管生产管理中的应用进行研究和探讨。实际应用结果验证宝钢焊管产线的库存水平在实施准时制生产后大幅度降低,可见准时制思想在焊管生产管理中的有效性。
Faced with an increasingly competitive market environment, the production management of steel enterprises is paid more and more attention. Organizing production with lower inventory and speeding up the turnover of material flow are important means to enhance the core competitiveness of steel enterprises. In order to accelerate the circulation of products or semi-finished products required by customers, reduce the manufacturing cost and reduce the inventory funds, Baosteel will introduce the concept of punctual system into the production management of Baosteel welded pipe production line for the purpose of improving the production efficiency of the enterprise. Just-in-time production refers to the customer or the next process on the delivery requirements, the customer needs of the product or semi-finished products within the specified time delivery to the customer or production to the next procedure. After analyzing the conditions of implementation of punctual production and the characteristics of Baosteel welded pipe production, this paper studies and discusses the application of punctual production in the production management of Baosteel welded pipe. The actual application results verify that the inventory level of Baosteel welded pipe production line is greatly reduced after the implementation of punctual production, showing the effectiveness of punctual system in the pipe production management.
