采用浆法测定雌二醇控释贴片的释放度，以1％PEG－400为溶剂，温度（32±0．5）℃，转速30r／min。HPLC法定量：Shim－PackC18柱，流动相为甲醇一水（75：25），检测波长280nm。结果表明：雌二醇控释贴片在24，72，120，168h的累计释放量分别为28.48％，54.91％，69．69％，83．67％。
The release rate of estradiol controlled release tablets was determined by using the plasma method. The temperature was (32 ± 0.5) ℃ and the speed was 30r / min with 1% PEG-400 as solvent. HPLC quantitative: Shim-PackC18 column, the mobile phase methanol-water (75:25), detection wavelength 280nm. The results showed that the cumulative release rates of estradiol controlled release tablets at 24, 72, 120 and 168h were 28.48%, 54.91%, 69.69% and 83.67%, respectively.
